Aaaah, at last! Ever since I heard this song on Annie Macs Mashup, I was looking for the song id, and here it is. Also, it was used in this unofficial iPhone commercial.
Update: actually, the version I heard on Radio 1 was from Kanye Wests new mixtape. You can get it on I guess i'm floating blog.
